Acceptance of Terms

By using the Friends Products website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the current version.

Our Products

Friends Products makes fresh, perishable, small-batch garlic spreads, dips, and hummus. Our products are vegan, with the sole exception of our 3 Layer Dip. Because everything is made in small batches with real ingredients, appearance, texture, and availability may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Availability & Purchasing

Our products are sold at select farmers markets across Florida and are available for pickup at our warehouse at 4081 L B McLeod Rd, Orlando, FL 32811, USA. We currently do not offer shipping. Market attendance changes seasonally, so availability at any given market is not guaranteed.

Pricing

Prices are set at the point of sale (at markets or for warehouse pickup) and may change without notice. Any prices shown on this website are for general reference only and do not constitute an offer to sell.

Wholesale Orders

We welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers, restaurants, and other businesses. Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, and payment terms are arranged directly with us and confirmed in writing before an order is fulfilled. Submit a request through our wholesale form or contact us using the details below.

Allergen Notice

Our products are made in a facility that also processes Baklawa, which contains nuts. As a result, our products are not guaranteed to be nut-safe and may contain traces of nuts. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before purchasing and consult the ingredient information for the specific product.

Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with something you purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can make it right.

Intellectual Property

The Friends Products name, logo, recipes, product descriptions, images, and website content are our property or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friends Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our products are provided for normal food use; it is your responsibility to review allergen and ingredient information and to store and handle perishable food properly.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
